The D7100 would require Nikon's WU-1a Wireless Mobile Utility adapter, available for sale at Best Buy. From there, using Nikon's Wireless Mobile Utility app (free download for both iOS and Android-based smart devices), you can transfer pictures to your iPad as well as use the iPad to control the cameras shutter. You cannot download wirelessly using the WU-1a to a computer. You would have to connect the camera via the USB cable or use a card reader.
