While there are a number of differences between these two camera bodies, the major difference between them is the number of AF points each offer; D7200 gives you up to 51 points as compared to the 11 points of focus that you get on the D3200. Another difference is that you can get 6 frames per second at full resolution on the D7200 as compared to the D3200 which offers 4 frames a second in continuous mode at full resolution. Lens compatibility for each camera is different.
