I was told that your lens from your d90 would work on your d7200
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your not hurting anything. Nikon has used the same lens mount since 1959. The 7200 has an internal motor to work with older auto focus lenses. I sometimes use a lens from 1994 that was for film.
