• No this battery EN-EL 12 has a different shape and different voltage. They are close but not the same the they are not interchangeable.

• No, this EN-EL12 battery is not compatible with the COOLPIX P900. The correct battery for the P900 is the EN-EL23. The Nikon EN-EL12 rechargeable Li-ion battery has different capacity and is a different size/shape than the Nikon EN-EL23 rechargeable Li-ion battery.
