For this unit, it uses only the HI, MED and LO options for cooking, using the "Temp" arrows to the front of the unit. Please refer to our Quick Start Guide to see what temperatures we recommend when making your meals. If you would like a more customizable experience, the inner cooking pot is oven safe up to 500°F.
