“what about the electic cord is it visable from the front of the machine?”

• The cord comes out of the back, from the base, so it is not directly visible. However the machine is designed without a back panel, and you can look through to the back. The cord would be visible from the front, looking through the machine. If the carafe is in place, it is not as visible, and if carafe has coffee in it, you’d have to really look to see the cord. The cord is relatively short though, so getting it to an outlet may place it in greater view.
