“The cord on my Ninja coffee maker gets very hot to the touch during brew cycle. Had outlets checked, they are not the issue. It seems the cord is under loaded for the coffee maker. What can be done to fix this?”

My coffe pot did the same. I called ninja about it and they are replacing mine. Doesnt justify my outlet damage as it burned the outlet but i am thankful for something out of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is because you have a gfc outlet with the ground improperly installed. in most cases this is what it is. Other than that see the manufacture. Some times appliance loads on the same circuit with a natural line failure can cause the appliance natural line to heat up.
