Did all the YouTube research and all the solutions didn't work for me. Their support is worthless. Just take it back.

Please try again later.I called the Ninja help number for a similar issue and they had me troubleshoot by removing the water reservoir and pushing the little “button” underneath it a couple times and also to turn the whole machine upside down over the sink and push the black thing where the water goes from the reservoir into the machine itself ... apparently air can get stuck in the line and cause a problem. They were very helpful so if that doesn’t work it would be worth calling because they may have something else to try!
