No internal temp.. but you do set the temp on the panel. For me, very easy to clean, either with a sponge or run the "steam" cycle and just wipe clean.. pretty easy

Please try again later.It's easy to clean if you use the dutch oven made for it (separate purchase from Ninja's site) or if you're cooking foods that don't spatter lots of oil or butter, breaded items for example. There is no built-in temperature gauge in this device; however, you might be able to run a Polder In-Oven meat thermometer (available at Amazon), knowing eventually you may have to replace the seal on the door.

I haven't had anything explode, but for regular use it's been easy to clean. The food stays in your pans, you can wipe out anything that builds up inside. If you feel the need you can use the steam function to soften anything.
