From ones I’ve had in the past, the steel keeps it warm longer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the premium version has a frother as well as the ability to heat up water for tea outside of where the coffee is brewed so your tea doesn't taste like coffee
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The one with the ss carafe has a frother that extends from the side, slightly different interface, and doesn't allow you to see how much coffee is in your pot or its color. If you're interested in a frother, grab a small battery handheld. It's easier to clean and you can set it on a dish rather than letting it drip on your counter. Go with the glass!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the glass carafe. Based on other models Ive owned, I believe the glass carafe has a warming plate to keep it warm. The steel carafe doesn't. It relies more on insulation to keep the coffee warm. I love the Glass on and you can turn the plate on or off.
