Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am pretty sure the "clean" light is for the cleaning function. You put in 8 ounces of vinegar (as I recall) and fill the water container then run the clean cycle (runs for an hour or 2) that pushes the solution through the system to descale. Then rinse the pot, and run a full pot of just water to get out any residue. After that, use as usual
