The Ninja Dualbrew Pro Speciality has this function. I use it daily to brew a carafe full before I wake up. I have grown to appreciate the carafe because now once my coffee is brewed, the rest of the family can use the other features of the machine to make their coffee or I can shut it off to save a little energy.
