• It's okay to spray the basket to prevent food from sticking on it. You can also spray your food to get that crispy brown look and taste. We use extra virgin or virgin cooking oil spray. Do not saturate your food with the cooking spray. Just a little spray will do. Be sure to shake the basket when cooking french fries to ensure browning on all sides. Also, it's good to turn over chicken and other meats to ensure browning on all sides. There are many recipes online related to the Ninja Fryer.
