“Where can I buy the racks - the broil rack and the multi layer rack? This does not work as well as their other air fryer models which included racks to lift the food. I cannot find them anywhere and they are always out of stock at Ninja.”

They came with racks inside. Fat and grease falls beneath the rack. If you look inside you'll see the rack and it has a handle on it. You can pull it out to clean separately.
