Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe Best Buy would sell a refurbished appliance. Computers, yeah but a blender, I don't think so. So go visit the Best Buy, if it's not new then don't buy it! I can tell you this much; I'm beyond thrilled with this blender, as it much exceeds my expectations! I don't think you'd be unhappy with it but if you are you can always return it; I think Best Buy gives you 30 days with a receipt. What was important to me is that I wanted glass instead of plastic. I stay away from plastics if I can help it, and few blenders these days are made with a glass jar, this Ninja has a glass jar, and they totally outdid themselves with this blender. There's another Ninja Blender set out there, it's the one with Auto IQ and a food processor attachment- sold by BBB and currently on sale. If all that capability is important to you then go for that one. I absolutely love the Ninja brand, real quality products. I've also got the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Air Fryer Oven and I can tell you that there are the best products in their class. Good luck!
