• not very long and left leaning as well you can get a heavy duty extension 12 gauge i wouldn't use more than the 6ft but yeah u can just don't cheap on the cord gauge

• Due to the wattage draw it would need to be a large gauge rated for at least the same wattage as the unit

• It has a short electric cord, you would need an outlet next to this one. I do not recommend using extension cord.. but if you'll use one, get the one that has a higher gauge.
