• It won't create slices, but it will create noodle of them or chop them like a normal Cuisinart like device.

• Yes, it comes with a "spaghetti" blade and "fettucini" blade to cut zucchini and other veggies into "noodles".

• Hi There. This particular Ninja comes with an attachment called an auto-spiralizer. It will cut veggies as you mentioned into spiral shapes. Almost like spiral French fries, but not as thick. The Ninja is one amazing unit. Hope this helps you.

• Yes, ideally whole veggies won't mince that quickly as cut. Depends on the consistency if your looking for thick or watery.
