Grill is on, set to smoker, 300°, it is not smoking. Why? null

You need to press the ignition button, next to the dial to start the smoking process.

1. Dump out pellets in grill and verify everything is dry 2. Use fresh, dry pellets and add the pellets using the grill’s measuring cup just under the top. 3. Turn grill knob to smoke and press start. Verify the flame symbol is displayed on front screen. If not, press the Woodfire button and see if flame symbol light turns on.
