I haven’t found this to be a problem yet, but when I’m done cooking everything for everybody, I leave the door open for a quicker cooling, and I wiped the inside with a damp cloth. Again, make sure that it’s out of the reach of little hands, and fingers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have smoked a number of things (including pizza) in the past. We do NOT notice smokey flavor when we don't add wood pellets. For example, we smoked ribs on Sunday and made cookies on Monday with no smokey taste.
