can you griddle with this grill ? null

We bought the griddle plate separately which I recommend as it’s flat for pancakes. Well worth it.

The OG951 doesn’t include a flat griddle surface or offer a dedicated “griddle” function, it’s built with a peaked grill grate for searing and smoking only.
