There are currently no pre-orders at this time. Unless you want buy it whenever they have it in stock at in-store or online. First, the Super Smash Bros. King Dedede Amiibo is mostly used for training customized fighters/characters on the Super Smash Bros. series. Second, it can be used certain other video game franchises as extra downloaded content, costumes, and/or etc.
Last, some people that don't want to use the Amiibo for anything. The Amiibo can be displayed either in or out of the box, it was mostly loved by artists that admiring video game character's design and detailed craftmanship of the sculpter.

Not entirely sure when pre-orders will happen, but this is the smash bros King Dedede amiibo being released in conjunction with Kirby and the Forgotten land.
