• No Best Buy and most other companies will have a limit. So scalpers cannot just come and buy up the whole stock to flip them and over charge.

• No but the limit I saw from the scalpers providing screenshots of pre-orders from BestBuy, shows limit of 15 packs per order.

• No even though Best Buy has a limit you still have scalpers that have bots to buy them all
