“I'm sure my card wasn't activated because it was brought out to me with curbside pickup(took 1hr 20 min waiting). Disappointed kid on Christmas morning :( I'm assuming I just bring it in and BB activates it?”

u should have a separate receipt for the card. check that. i have to activate the digital and get a code to give the grandkids. the physical shouldnt be much different

Bring it to Best Buy with your receipt because they will need to look up the transaction. Once they have established that your purchase was made they can see if the card was activated.
