No it should arrive in your email as soon as you make the purchase. Check to make sure you used the correct email address or go to the store and they should print out a receipt for you

If is digital download you sure get it in 5 minutes, if is a regular paper ecard then you pick up or they mailed to you ,but i recomend the digital download

If you ordered a digital code, you do not go to the store to pick it up. You would only go to the store to pick it up if you ordered a physical gift card. The code should be emailed to you if you ordered it digitally. It can sometimes take a while for the code to be emailed. Other times, it’s literally within minutes.

This is a digital card. It will only come to email. You must choose a card that is availiable at the store to pick it up. The card you need will look like this one but it will not say digital only like this one says.

If you order anything online they always let you know is going to take an hour or less before your order is ready. So you have to wait for the email that tells you is ready before you go to the store.
