If ever you have a premium Nintendo online subscription, you can download the dlc for free. Or, BestBuy online has the booster pack by itself on its Digital nintendo games/dlc section.

You would go to your eShop app on your Switch, go to "Add Funds" under your current balance, and then choose "From eShop gift card" or whatever it says. But the Booster pass course is only $25. So all you need is $25 plus your state/county's applicable tax in your eShop account and you can buy the booster pass course.
