• The Best Buy gift card is more like all other gift cards like Amazon, Walmart, etc. There's certain restrictions on what you can purchase with it and trying to use it to purchase another gift card is definitely one of those restrictions. You can only use an actual debit/credit card or bank account to purchase a gift card.
