If the pad can not make relative contact with the phone, it likely will not charge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.a pop socket will create distance between the charging coils on the back of the phone and the charging coils in the charging pad. Unless you position the pop socket somewhere on the phone where it wont get in the way of the charging coils, this charging pad will not work on a phone with a pop socket.
