• it can charge three at a time but I returned mine. it was awkward to use and found it randomly not charing my Apple Watch. read my review. - Samm

• Yes it can do all 3 at the same time. You actually have three coils on the base and then it has the built in Apple Watch charger. You can only use two of the coils at a time ex one on the far left and one at the far right at the same time OR the one in the middle. It also has little lights that shows when things are charging.
