WhyQmark Thank you for your question. In the manual mode, without a paid iFIT Membership, users will be able to see their workout progress around an oval track. You will be able to manually adjust the resistance as needed. We also offer a free iFIT Membership where users can experience select free iFIT workouts which would automatically adjust the resistance of the bike.
