That's not much of a response. You carefully considered to decrease the 1 year membership to 30 day, thus increasing cost of the treadmill by $400. This doesn't clarify the discrepancy on the best buy website that lists 30 day AND 1-year membership being included on the same item. I called Best Buy and they were so confused I ended up canceling my order because they couldn't confirm what was included. This is so frustrating. I want the 2950, but I may need to purchase a Sole treadmill instead at least they can tell me what exactly I am paying $3000 for....
