Are u sure u have them all the way up? It may seem like they are but can't be all the way up and still too low. They go pretty high I'm almost 6 foot and I ride a slammed roadbike and I have my S22i in the middle and it's perfect

Ideally, the handlebar height should be aligned with the position of your bike seat, placing you in a slightly forward-leaning position. Handlebars positioned too high can cause muscle strain while handlebars that are too low may lead to lower back issues and fatigue. For correct alignment, place your seat at hip joint height while standing next to your bike with your knee raised to a 90-degree angle and your thigh parallel to the floor. Check the link under #2 in this blog post: nordictrack.com/learn/8-exercise-bike-mistakes/ for the three optimal riding positions recommended by researchers. All these positions should be possible on this studio cycle without any additional attachments. If you have further questions, email us at [email protected]. Thanks - NordicTrack
