I don’t have an answer but would second this question. I’ve had multiple chats/support communication with iFit without resolution and no solutions offered. After using my bike everyday for a month with an annoying but tolerable video glitch, it has now become essentially unusable. I blame NordicTrack/iFit, but also have to question why BestBuy continues to sell their products.
