Can someone under 5 foot use this bike? null

TC83 This would depend on this person’s leg-reach and arm-reach. The seat can be raised and lowered. But when the seat is at the lowest position, the leg reach measures approximately 38 inches. At this same setting, the approximate measurement from the end of the seat to the handlebar is about 17 inches. The average user size our equipment is designed for is between 5’2” and 6’3” tall.
