• That is the Manufacturer warranty which is standard no matter where you purchase it.

• Yes! And the Nordic Track extended warranties are available regardless of where you bought it. I have 7 years on a Bike I bought at Dicks Sporting Goods, because Best Buy Hosed me on the purchase through them.
