“I know the dimensions of the machine but how much room do you really need for a workout? I also have to buy a large enough mat for under it and around it. Is 9 X 6 a large enough Matt for workout and under equipment?”

When I first got this I was using mats that were about 9x6 and you can probably make it work just fine. I ultimately decided to expand it out and have about a 9x9 area under it now and it feels a lot more comfortable. I use this like 5-6 times per week with no space issues staying on the mat, however I primarily use it for the power rack over the iFit classes by a wide margin. Either way no real issues.
