Does this have a heart rate/pulse monitor? null

It does, bit not real accurate. When you grip the handles it first reads a real high rate, then it goes down to a more close to accurate rate, then it changes again. I would not rely on it for heart rate.

Yes it is built into the handles, but many factors affect the accuracy of this feature, just make sure that you remove any film that may be protecting the sensors. Also it is compatible with a bluetooth Smart Heart rate monitor, you can either purchase your own, or order one at additional cost, just reference the front cover of the manual.
