• It is still is just a download. No DVD comes with the "physical" box format that I purchased at Best Buy.

• If you click on PHYSICAL, yes, you will get a box with the disc as of 12/21.

• No you do not get a physical disc. You get a box with a product code on a card. You go on line and enter product code and then download. So basically both methods are the same.

• No, I did not receive a disk. All I got was a piece of paper with the key code on it and instructions to go to website to download.
