- Answer Yes. Download the Program, Make sure you have all of the updates completed, Do a Complete Scan which will indicate what issues you may have. Power Eraser Program will take out the Hard to Find and Hidden Items that may be causing problems. Thanks!

QuestionDo I have to use a credit card to activate Norton? I don't have - and don't want - credit cards. I don't want to give Norton the ability to charge me whatever they want forever. Best way to control this is to not use a credit card.

- Answer How come 2 verified answers say no credit card is required, while the Norton answer seems to say it is required?? If you expand the view of the back of the box, down by the VISA logo, it clearly says a credit card IS required!! To me, that says VERIFIED answers are worthless :-(
