My 10 device subscription is set to auto renew March 6 2020 for $129 . Every year I have to cancel Norton and buy elsewhere. I wish Norton would offer a discount to loyal subscribers instead of sticking them with higher prices. I have talked with them and they say the lower prices at retailers are a discount to get new subscribers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been a Norton's customer since 2000 and have always canceled auto renew before it happens for the same reason. I agree they should be giving loyal customers at least the same deal - price match. I have always searched the web and found the best deal, sometimes it is "last years" version but it always updates to the latest version. You DO have to be sure you are getting the same product - eg: Nortons Antivirus or 360 or Premium or standard, etc. If you do not you wind up with either a different version and loose the time you have left on your current subscription or you have another product on your account page showing not activated.
