• As long as you add water to the herbs you can grind them.

• I did not grind herbs. But I did a lot of veggie and nuts with no problems

• Yes,that comes with 2 types of blades,of course I didn't try with herbs,yet.I grinded flax seeds,and is like powder.

• I have had great luck grinding my herbs. i do add a bit of water depending on what you will use them for. i also grind my different types of nuts and make great peanut butter.

• I never done it but it comes with milling blade for grains and herbs.
