What do you mean by "other", do you mean the after-market ones? Or you're talking about RTX 3060 ti founders edition on another website? Those are different brands, NVIDIA only provides them the chips, and the memory for example is made from themselves, like MSI, ASUS, and EVGA, etc. And they obviously perform better than the founders edition and have the ability to overclock.
