“Is this rigged? My friend and me got it into the cart within 30 seconds it was in stock and the website kicked us out of the line or wouldn't verify us. We both are trying to get our first GPUs and it feels rigged to me.”

Its not rigged, its just that bc Best Buy doesn't update their cart security, bots and scaplers have found ways/made programs to get around the security faster to be able to place orders faster then normal people like you and me trying to get them. And Best Buy doesn't care bc they get money either way. Best Buy is NOT consumer/customer friendly.
