If you want to get HotStock on your phone, its the best way to have a chance at getting a card. Just have it notify you when it is in stock again. It might take another 1-3 weeks of waiting until it returns, but it generally comes back in stock. Be up by 7:30-11:30 AM EST to lay your eyes on the checkout button if you're lucky.
