“Who is the actual manufacturer for your stock? As in who would I actually contact for the Warranty? Was this graphics actually manufactured and assembled by NVIDIA or by one of its partners such as EVGA or Gigabyte?”

This particular card comes straight from Nvidia and only Nvidia. Nvidia is who you would have to go through.
