To your second question: Short answer, yes. The longer answer is that if you are competent with setting up the rest of your system (ie overclocking, choosing a good CPU counterpart, and good optimization from the drivers) this should run Fortnite, and other easy to run esports games at and above 240 FPS. However, if you choose a CPU that might be bottlenecking the GPU you might not reach your expectations for this card, there are already some nice: build guides including this card, benchmarks using this card and a good CPU counter-part, and other helpful guides on youtube. If you can't find a video for the exact combo you're looking for, try searching for the same combo with a 2080 super subbed in for it, as their performance is very similar.
