A:AnswerDisclaimer: I don't work at Best Buy, this is just my best prediction from experience. I suppose that while there is no specific purchase limit, you can only check out one graphics card per order (and it's fairly difficult to begin the checkout process without a bot). However, if you manage to complete more than one order in one drop (which happens about every 2 weeks) I believe Best Buy's systems will allow this. Best Buy seems to use the queue system as its primary bot deterrent.
A:AnswerThe site now says "Online Only" which leads me to believe it will not be at brick and mortar stores. If I were you, I would not trust the other answers that say that they will be in stores. They did that with the 3080 Ti but like I said the site now says "Online Only".
