• $399.00 is the MSRP for the 8GB 4060 Ti, which is what it is listed at on Best Buy's website. Nvidia's site confirms this. You can see the screenshots attached to this. Might be beneficial to do a bit more research before making assumptions.

• It is msrp. I believe you’re thinking of the 4060 which is $299 msrp.
