No. It only has one video out so I don't see how you could do that without an external video splitter.

For the Nvidia shield, you can only stream on one TV. You would need separate devices for multiple TVs. I use fire stick for my other bedroom TV which works just fine. For main living room TV, the shield pro is much better than any other streaming device I have tried so far.
