I have the 2018 model, is it worth the $200 upgrade? null

If it were me I would try and sell it to offset cost of new. Or if you have money to burn and just have to have the latest and greatest then do it. Unless you have the previous pro model with 500 gigs storage, if so I would ride that till the wheels fall off.

Not in my opinion nor many others. I bought one because I wanted a 2nd Shield. The remote itself is much better.

No, You cannot jailbreak it. Doesn't take lots of useful apps.
