“Have they fixed the random reboot issue? I'll be steaming shows and my current one will randomly reboot. Doesn't matter if I'm watching Netflix, Amazon video or other apps. It is a few years old.”

No. They have not fixed it. I am currently having the same issue. My Nvidia shield tv pro has nothing hooked up to it except a sound system. It was purchased in 2023 and is just over 2 years old. It started occasionally rebooting a while ago and has been getting worse. Reboots 1 to 3 times a day. So far, customer support has not been very helpful. I will update if they are able to resolve the problem.
